This is thanks to the property being situated 85m above sea level, but also between 15 and 20m above all neighbouring villas. Hence, there is the ultimate privilege to enjoy superb views whilst not being overlooked at all.
Regularly, one can see cargo ships, ferries, or cruise liners coming in or departing from Malaga. However, it is at dawn, dusk and night that the views become truly breathtaking.
