I have not been able to go to Villa Panorama for a year now.
The flight I booked for March 2020 got cancelled with me having no say in it.
Since then, I have focused my time on finding solutions for would be clients who could not be clients anymore (at least for the time being). So I have not had the chance to go back to the villa for over a year.
But today, I flew from Heathrow to Malaga, and I would like to share this experience with you... Read on!
The summer is gone. It was a strange one...
A few guests came by car at the last minute, to stay a few nights at Villa Panorama. But for the most part, this has been a lonely summer. And since this autumn has seen the same pattern of 100% cancellations, unless last minute urge of sunshine knock on our door, we will probably spend some time doing minor improvements until next spring, as next year's booking are already in good shape...
It has been a strange situation for all of us. As I mentioned in a previous post, Villa Panorama was 95% booked nearly a year in advance, and we have had to take a view regarding how we would deal with the situation this year, and how we would prepare for the future.
Even the frogs in the pond have a sense that something is not as it usually was... Despite this, we will share with you a few moments in the hope that it brings us all closer even if for just a few minutes...
